Join us for a day of learning & cultivating mindfulness practices, hosted by Teri and Sharon at LiveYoga Wellness. We will start the day with chakra balancing, learn about pranayama and mindful meditation/yoga nidra, have a delicious dinner and nutrition talk with Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach and Holistic Nutrition Chef Lilly Padilla and end the day with a relaxing sound healing experience.

It’s that time of the year again! We are so pleased to invite you to our 2018 Living Beauty Spring Brunch hosted by our generous supporter, Alexandra Dwek! You’re invited to bring a special woman in your life for a day of fellowship, good food, and love. (Or, just bring yourself!)
This year we will continue the flower exchange in memory of our Living Beauty Angels. If you’d like to participate in the exchange, please bring a flower or potted plant to gift to another lovely Living Beauty.
This is a potluck event so please let us know what dish you will bring. In the spirit of wellness, we ask that you prepare a dish that is both yummy and healthy.

Once again this year, Living Beauty is coming to San Diego! Raise Your Vibration by aligning your mind / body / soul with a day of movement, nourishing food and of course, Living Beauty love and support. Special guest facilitators include the multi-talented Kitty Blincoe (a Living Beauty herself!) and nutritionist and yoga instructor, Elaine Bryan.

The Foundation for Living Beauty invites you to apply to our very first Cannabis Day Retreat! At this day retreat, we will learn about the healing benefits of this amazing plant, the different ways to use it and how to incorporate it into our healing journey through an informational workshop, a cooking with cannabis class, a yoga class and ending the evening with a guided meditation.
